We sincerely hope you adore your purchase. However, should you decide to return your order, please be aware that this is only possible if you comply with our policy. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure a smooth return process, it is crucial that you respect and follow our guidelines.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in precisely the same condition as when it was received, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, stained, worn, used or has unusual odors or if you didn’t follow the 14 day return period.

Of course, you may try on the item(s) once you have received them to ensure your satisfaction; however, they should not be worn or used if you wish to return them.

We value hygiene highly. Please ensure that you wear (clean) underwear, while fitting our items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@britneysherrilyn.com. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.

You have 14 days to ship the items back to us.

The customer is always responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Once the return is received in good order, our team will assess the product(s). This will be done within 24 hours. If the return is approved, you will receive an e-mail with information and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for further information.

If the return is not approved due to non-compliance with our policy, you will also receive an e-mail. You will receive a payment request for the shipping costs, because we will ship the items back to you. You have 14 days to complete this payment.

Once this payment is received, the item(s) will then be returned to you.

If no payment or response is received within 14 days, we reserve the right to retain the item.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
