Shipping policy

When you shop at Britney Sherrilyn, your order will be carefully and lovingly packed as quickly as possible. Our boxes are made from premium, sturdy material, which is ideal for safely packaging and shipping your products.

We are pleased to offer our clientèle the best service, which is why we provide free shipping on all orders within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, a shipping fee of EUR 35 will be applied automatically. Please be aware that for orders outside the EU, taxes are not included in the price. Customs and tax duties may be charged by the government of your country and we are not responsible for these charges. 

We primarily use PostNL and UPS as our shipping carriers.

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. For others within the EU, our partner will deliver your order within a week. For orders outside the EU, delivery will be within two weeks. We will keep you updated with tracking information. Please note that our shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package.

As we offer exclusive products that are carefully crafted and handmade, we are initially starting with pre-orders. This is also mentioned in the product description. Pre-orders will be processed within 14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. We thank you for your trust in Britney Sherrilyn.
